A dedicated support inbox for RandomLetterGenerator is being provisioned, and the address will be published on this page as soon as it is live. Corrections found through the review process described on the methodology page continue to be applied to every tool in the meantime.

Reporting a generator issue

To help us reproduce and fix a suspected problem quickly, please include:

• The tool you were using (for example, "Greek Letter Generator")
• The options you had set — count, case, filters, and whether repeats were allowed
• What happened and what you expected — an error, a letter outside the pool, a repeat where none should occur
• Your browser and version, if the problem looks like a display issue

Confirmed issues are corrected in the drawing engine and covered by a new automated test so they cannot recur silently. See our methodology page for how the RandomLetterGenerator engine is built and verified. Because letters are drawn entirely in your browser and never reach us, we cannot see the draw you are describing unless you describe it.

What we cannot help with

A run of repeated or "streaky" letters is not by itself evidence of a fault — uniform randomness produces streaks more often than intuition expects, and we cannot adjudicate game disputes that hinge on a particular draw. We also cannot recover past draws: nothing is logged or stored, so a closed page is gone.
